With the first season of Pokemon having been added to the #netflix library last week, it's been great watching the series all over again. I remember being in the 7th grade in 1996/97 waking up before 6:00am to watch the latest episodes. Despite the horrible localization edits, it's still a classic and of course, so is the catchy english opening song. I sadly haven't played avidly since Yellow (yeah, a long while) but I'm still a pokemon fan through and through. Was a pokemon fan before I knew was anime truly was.
